The digital certificate from June 25 can be found on the “State Services” portal in the “My Health” section or through the search for “State Services” according to the word “vaccination”.

In addition, the code can be obtained using an electronic medical card , through the Moscow Polyclinic’s registry, in the application “State Services. Stopkoronavirus”, in the personal account on the website mos.ru or through the EMIAS.info .

Nonresident and foreigners

For citizens who do not have registration in Moscow, simplified access on Mos.ru will be opened , where they can fill out a special form. These data will be automatically dispersed with the federal registered register, with the federal registry of the sick and with the Unified Laboratory Service of Moscow for the delivery of PCR tests. After checking the data, a person will receive a QR code.

The presence of QR codes in cafes and restaurants will be checked at the entrance using tablets with special equipment. After that, the employees of the institutions will have to supervise the data shown by him on the tablet with the identity of citizens. Those places that cannot be able to ensure the procedure for checking codes will be forced to work only on delivery or with closed halls.
