Soon a year, as we live in an updated constitution. Just on these days - from June 25 to July 1 - the “All -Russian Voting” took place throughout the country, on July 2, the CEC calculated the results and found them very positive (almost 78% “for” with almost 68%), on July 3, the president signed a new basic law, and from July 4 he entered into force. But not everyone liked all the amendments to the Constitution, as well as the procedure for their adoption.
The critical views on them were widely published by the "new". From the fall of the past until the summer of this year, the State Duma very hard adopted the laws "in the development of constitutional amendments." What happened as a result, is it essentially fulfilled by the promise of Vladimir Putin that amendments to the Constitution will not affect its first two chapters on the basics of the constitutional system and on the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen? In the previous or other country, do we live a year after the adoption of amendments?
