The court again refused the Udo convicted in Moscow case to Kirill Zhukov

The Moscow Court of Tver refused the convicted person in the “Moscow case” to Kirill Zhukov in parole. This was reported to the "MBH Media" lawyer Svetlana Bayturina.

She noted that the defense for the second time asked to free Zhukov conventionally. Earlier, he was refused UPO in the court in Nizhny Tagil, because he "did not reach the purpose of correction."

Kirill Zhukov was detained in 2019 as part of the case of “mass riots” after the action in support of unregistered candidates in the Moscow City Duma, the next day he was charged with violence against a representative of the authorities in Article 318 of the Criminal Code, and later arrested due to the fact that he tried to raise the helmet of an employee of riot police.

Zhukov was sentenced to three years in colony, he did not plead guilty. The defense of the sentence indicated violations in the case, in particular, the verdict states that “the court investigated the position of the helmet” of the Rosguard, but the helmet was not even used as a material evidence in the process.
