The court fined a participant in the protest against forced vaccination 20 thousand rubles

The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined Aleksey Plokhov, a participant in a rally against forced vaccination, for 20,000 rubles. This was reported by a lawyer from OVD-Info, Vladimir Nemov, who represented the interests of the protester.

Plokhov was found guilty of organizing an uncoordinated action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). On June 26, he and at least seven other people went out to meet with the deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Valery Rashkin. The police roughly detained the protesters and took them to the police department. From there, Plokhov was eventually released with an obligation to appear.

On June 30, Plokhov came to the police department on an obligation. He was again detained and taken to court, which fined the activist.

• On June 26, the organizers of the action demanded that the right to voluntary choice of vaccination be respected, that the layoffs of workers be stopped and that they be immediately reinstated in their places, that coronavirus restrictions be lifted from catering establishments and any kind of “covid discrimination against society and business.”
