The publication Readovka reports a visit by bailiffs with a decision to block the site.
According to journalists, they are not aware of such a court decision. The day before, the editors note, a trial was held on the claim of State Duma deputy from United Russia Dmitry Sablin, who demanded that the publication remove a note about a yacht that was not listed in the deputy’s income statement.
“But the judge did not voice any demands to block the site. Readovka considers the incident an attempt to put pressure on the editors, the purpose of which is to remove publications about the activities of Deputy Sablin. We refused to receive this absolutely illegal resolution, and we demand that all actions of the Moscow region security forces against us remain within the framework of the law,” the statement said.
In 2020, the court ordered the publication to remove a note about the transfer of almost half of the shares of the Lenin State Farm through the wife of politician Pavel Grudinin, Irina, to Sablin.
Prior to this, the regional court ordered the publication to block the site as an interim measure for the claim, and when Readovka refused to comply with the demand, it was fined 50 thousand rubles.
