Switzerland and Spain play in the first quarter-final of the European Championship (and the last match of the tournament in St. Petersburg). And this is a two-hour thriller where only the Swiss score (who just recently humiliated the world champions - France). Whistle! The first goal - an own goal - is scored by the Swiss Denis Zakaria. After the break, Xherdan Shaqiri clearly equalizes the score. And almost immediately Switzerland is left with ten men. The score after two halves is 1:1. The Spaniards themselves did not score anything: the real Chuck Norris (aka Jan Sommer) is standing at the gates of Switzerland. In extra time he flint again. And then a series of penalties, and the first hit of the Spaniards - in the post! Then an exchange of goals, Switzerland is ahead, but out of three more attempts - not a single one is successful: the Spanish goalkeeper Unai Simon takes two balls, one more - above the crossbar. Sommer is a hero again, one beats, but this is not enough. 3-1 on penalties, Spain in the semi-finals, Switzerland, alas, leaves the championship.
