A rally against increasing prices for housing and communal services was not approved in Bashkortostan

Officials in Bashkortostan did not agree on a rally against the increase in prices for housing and communal services with the activists of the StopBashRTS movement, Idel.Realii reports with reference to the organizer Ivan Apaev.

The action was planned to be held on July 11, on the eve of the tightening of covid restrictions. However, officials still referred to the epidemiological situation. At the same time, the authorities hold various entertainment mass events.

• BashRTS - Bashkir Distribution Heating Networks. The enterprise provides eight cities of Bashkortostan with heating. On July 1, prices for gas, electricity and other utilities were raised in the republic.
• In April 2021, the StopBashRTS movement was not approved for a rally against an increase in tariffs for housing and communal services.
