The Borovichi District Court dismissed the administrative case against the activist and ex-head of the city Alexander Kostyukhin due to the lack of corpus delicti. A protocol was drawn up against him because of a single picket on April 21 in support of political prisoners and residents of Khabarovsk who oppose the arrest of former governor Sergei Furgal. This is written by "7 × 7", and also reported in the case card on the court's website.
The activist and about 20 other local residents held one-man pickets in the center of Borovichi. On the day of the action, the police did not detain anyone.
A few days later, the ex-head of the Borovichi was summoned to the police station, where a protocol was drawn up against him under the article on organizing an uncoordinated event (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for creating a poll on VKontakte about plans for April 21. The security forces believed that in this way he announced the holding of the action. On June 30, the activist learned that the court had terminated the administrative case due to the lack of corpus delicti.
