The Mundop of the Tver District of Moscow Ketevan Haraidze was born in Tbilisi. Her father is a writer, a journalist. Mom is a philologist, worked as a teacher of Russian language and literature. Haraidze graduated from Tbilisi State University with a degree in television journalism, and then moved to Moscow, entering the graduate school of the journalism department of Moscow State University.

For several years, she worked as a correspondent for the USSR GOSTEREDRODODO in the program "Time". I was engaged in directing documentary cinema.

Yakubovich and a number of other deputies from the Council of Deputies of the Municipal District of Tverskaya wrote a letter in defense of Ketevan Kharaidze, after she was sent under arrest.

Haraidze was elected municipal deputy of the Tver district of Moscow in 2017. It went from the "apple", but in 2019 she left the party.

Brutry of fraud

She said that she had a search in her apartment, now they want to be taken for interrogation, but she is afraid of alone and asks me to go with her, ”said the neighbor Kharaidze Varvara Gornostaeva, the editor -in -chief of Corpus. “I have known her for a long time, we have such good neighboring relations.”

The security forces came with a search on June 17. Haraidze opened the door, deciding that the foremen had come - overhaul was undergoing in the house. But four investigators came in.

In addition to the “traditional” ones for the search of the seized things in the form of technology - from Haraidze, two five thousandth bills allegedly found in a winter coat were taken. Ketevan herself believes that the money was thrown - she does not remember that she left it there.

The woman became a suspect in the fraud case (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code), although at first she received the status of a witness. The Khamovnican Court two days later appointed the most stringent preventive measure from the possible, sending Haraidze to a pre -trial detention center for two months. She announced a hunger strike almost immediately. But just a couple of days after the announcement of the hunger strike, it became known that Keti did not bring drinking water in the investigative isolator. Only boiling water.

“I have no water! No water! Give me water! Hot! Do not eat food! " - wrote Haraidze.

A few days ago, she stopped the hunger strike-due to the fact that sugar had already fallen, said the chief of staff Haraidze Uspenskaya: “Since everyone asked her to take care of health-because as we are without her, we need her help, at least moral in the election campaign-therefore, taking into account health indicators, she left the hunger strike. But this does not mean that it will not go back into it - we know Ketvan, she is stubborn. ”

Lawyers gave a subscription to non -disclosure of the case file. However, Ketevan herself assumes that the case is allegedly connected with her jointly with the inhabitants of the Tver district with the struggle against construction work on Fadeeva Street. It is also known that a representative of the developer wrote a statement to Ketevan - her lawyer Yevgeny Grigoryeva reported this to “New”.

We are talking about construction in the area of ​​Dolgorukovskaya Street and Fadeeva Street, where the Stone Hedge group of companies erects a complex of 17 villas. According to representatives of Kharaidze, the residential complex was erected without their own sewage and with construction violations, today the work there are suspended. As Haraidze said, the developer allegedly planned to connect to the old sewage networks of neighboring houses. A week before the arrest, Kharaidze wrote a post on “Victory” on her Facebook page: “The developer of Will, after a long perseverance, signed a letter of guarantee, where it undertakes to repair the rotten communications of the residents network!”

“For the honor and dignity of Muscovites” - it was said on the election campaign leaflet Haraidze in the summer of 2019. Ketevan collected signatures for nomination by a candidate for deputies of the Moscow City Duma. But it was not possible to collect the required amount.

Today, Haraidze is going to nominate to the State Duma in the Central Administrative District. Not self -nominated. But from which party, its representatives still do not want to say:

“Everything is very difficult with this party, and while they are afraid that it may not be allowed [before registration] in the CEC,” says Katerina Uspenskaya chief of staff Haraidze. - At the moment, they have no reason for the withdrawal.
