Even for those who suffered coronavirus infection in a mild form, post -shoe syndrome can develop. It is already included in the international classification of diseases. According to the World Health Organization, every tenth of the ill-fledged Covid-19 has signs of post-shock. In Russia, there are no rehabilitation systems for the ill covid -19 yet. On the "Direct Line" on June 30, Vladimir Putin said that the authorities will allocate serious money for this article. In the meantime, Russians have to cope with the post -shaped syndrome on their own. What problems they face, why even relatives and friends often do not understand and support them in the material of Siberia. Realities.
“We were ill with my husband together-in March, after the 20th,” says Irina Solodnikova ( surname and name changed at her request ), a 57-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk. - How they got infected - I still do not understand. Since both pensioners remained at home if possible. We went out only to the nearest store and pharmacy, and even walk with the dog. They didn’t go anywhere, they didn’t communicate with anyone, no one came home to us. And still, at first I got sick, and then my husband. Therefore, when they say that you need to beware, I don’t even know how to protect yourself from Covid. We have never been anywhere, and still the virus got us.
They lay in a hospital, in oxygen, the saturation was low. Anticoagulants did not drink due to the fact that we had nasal bleeding. We were discharged from the hospital in only 10 days - after all, we have a conveyor. As soon as it becomes more or less-they immediately write out, because a lot of people are sick.
The eldest son met us. He was surprised, said: "How so? When I took you to the hospital, you went there yourself, and now you can barely crawl." I answer: "We have been ill." But he does not understand, does not believe, although he saw with his own eyes what condition we are in. The eldest son still does not recognize the very existence of Covid-19. Well, at least, the smaller one treats with understanding. By the way, he will be vaccinated now.
3 months have passed, but I can’t recover. Fasting syndrome. Still severe muscle pain and burning in the shoulder blades. Sometimes it burns so that you are like a Niagara waterfall. Frequent dizziness. The problems with the heart and blood vessels began. The connective tissue was injured, the thyroid gland. The dream was broken. Edema is constantly on the legs. Growing pain throughout the body - I already know what. This is neurological, it is necessary to treat polyneuropathy. The lymph nodes are inflamed.

Doctors say that I have a very low immunity, the virus has gobbled up - and all the nasty things like a bacterial infection climbed. The body is weak, but now I can at least walk. And when they were discharged from the hospital, neurology went, and this was reflected on the legs. I could not take a step. My son took me to the doctor, he prescribed me not very difficult treatment, and I drank everything. First with two sticks climbed, then with one. I walked myself every day. And gradually diverged, thank God.
But at the moment, the rest of the sores are still in place. Today I was only at the doctor, because I don’t understand why breathing so hard. After all, I myself found breathing charges, constantly doing them. At first, the small one gave a load, then more, but there is no result. Saturation still jumps - then 92, then 99. The temperature is also 35, then 37.5. And the pressure jumps: it is small, 90 by 60, then increased, although I now take special normalizing drugs.
If you knew how much I drank a variety of drugs during this time! Every day I go to the pharmacy, as to work, because every day something new crawls out. Maybe such severe consequences, because I had mixed pneumonia - both bacterial and vitreous.
The most annoying thing is that my husband does not understand me, although he himself was ill and he now also has serious health problems. After the coronavirus, diabetes appeared, the hands are very swelling. But he does not want to recognize the post -shoe syndrome and “side effects”. And I understand why. Previously, he has never been sick in his whole life, he was used to being healthy and now after Covid he can not accept his illness. Like that this suddenly happened to him? He wants to believe that nothing happened, and stubbornly does not want to go to the doctors. And I do not want to listen to my complaints. “You already got it! How much more will you get sick!” He tells me. It really hurts when you are not understood by a person with whom you have lived all your life. He expects that I will still cook wires-bakers every day. I try. No matter how bad I am, I get up and cook. I’m doing something a little around the house. She did something-she lay down, rested, got up and went on.
But I am 57 years old, and I want to somehow live more or less normally. Because what is happening to me now is not life. You stand-and suddenly you fly off somewhere, turn off, do not understand where you are. Hands do not obey, you feel how the heart stops ... an incomprehensible state ... everything hurts you, it seems to you that you are dying - this is a feeling. And a panic attack - and many complain about this with a post -shoe syndrome - once covered it. Suddenly, the fear surged some terrible, it became terribly so, the pressure rose, tachycardia, the pulse is furious. But I immediately drank hydazepam, tinctures sedatives, and I was released.
Doctors admit that they do not know how to deal with the post -shoe syndrome. They themselves have been ill, also barely dragged their legs, but they have no information what to do. Today is only from a doctor. I say: "Here I have, and that ..." And the doctor replies: "What do you want?" That's just you hear this phrase - that's all.
After Kovid, I understood one thing: if I won’t pull myself out with all my sores, like Munchausen by the hair, then no one will pull me out. There is no one to wait for help from. To be honest, I am very afraid of both children, and in general for the young. They have not yet lived, and many have already become disabled because of the post-shoe syndrome. Such "side effects" that they cannot work and are not restored. Covid - the muck is such that he does not ask how old you are, hits both old and young. God forbid anyone to survive this.
“I was ill in October, and I was very strange,” says Olga Kharitonova (surname and name changed at her request), a 46-year-old resident of Tomsk. - One fine day she began to gather to work - and realized that I was just shaking. Then a huge boil was inflamed then, and I thought that the reason was in it. I began to drink antibiotics to cope with the problem. I went to work with temperature for two weeks, and only when there was no strength left at all, went to the local doctor. She sent me for tests, where it turned out that I had a COVID-19. And I could not even think that it was a Covid. After all, I did not have a loss of smell, no other characteristic symptoms of coronavirus. Just strong weakness, twisted the bones.
It was lucky that I did not infect anyone at work by some miracle. After all, I then worked in the planning and financial department of the university, we all sat there in one office, but no one after me got sick. And before I fell ill, one of the employees had a husband in the hospital for three weeks. She told everyone that he was not a covid, although it turned out then that he was. Moreover, my aunt came to visit, who later thundered to the hospital with a very heavy covid, barely pulled her out of that color. And I, apparently, rushed the virus there and there.
The brains were especially good. I began to forget everything, stopped thinking. I lost 10 kg in three weeks. Then all the organs went at a different way - the head, the stomach, the intestines, the liver, the varicose veins and hemorrhoids worsened. Perhaps such a strong post -shock syndrome is due to the fact that in 2012 I had oncology. Eight chemistry, 14 radiation. The whole intestines were killed, the liver, but then I somehow got out. The condition was for a long time that I was about to fall, but at least I could go to work.

After Covid, there was no strength left at all. I had to apply for dismissal and live on disability. And they themselves, you understand, are such that you can’t do particularly. On the nervous ground - that I lost my job, I was left without income - a strong depression began. The man with whom I met left me - why does he need a woman with such problems. Mom at that time also covered after Covid, we began conflicts. But although she is older, she feels better, and indeed a bush of me. And she cannot understand what I am lying there for days there. It’s good at least aunt - and she has a doctor - she understands what a post -shaped syndrome is. She is the only one who really supports me now.
Since I got sick, not a single person called me from work. They didn’t even ask how I am there, how I am doing. But I thought that we were friends ... So many months passed - and not a single call.
I try to get out of depression, and over time it becomes a little easier. But I can’t say that I felt much better. By evening, the temperature rises - endlessly 37.2 or 37.3. Weakness. On the nervous ground, an appetite disappeared, although when I was sick with Covid, I ate normally. And especially exhausts insomnia. A month, you can’t sleep two - and the nervous system flies out. It is useless to take sleeping pills, it no longer helps.
I can’t walk at all - my legs hurt and terrible weakness. And most of all I am worried about some inner tremor, ongoing anxiety. I turned to the doctors, but they themselves do not know what to do. Familiar with post-shock spend money, drink some dietary supplements, food supplements, and they also do not really help.
I wanted to go for a consultation with a psychologist, but it costs exactly the same as my pension. And then after all, it will be necessary to buy some other medicines. And it is still unknown if I can drink them after oncology ...
Do you know what is the most offensive? That I was able to get out with the third stage of cancer, and so I fell apart from the crown. Yes, and transferred in a mild form. But the main thing is that I survived at all. The oncologist who treated me died of coronavirus. A healthy, strong peasant ... When I read about it on Facebook, I was stunned. I think: since I have remained alive, you have to somehow hold on and get out. After all, except ourselves, no one needs. Absolutely nobody. And the state too. They will also be better if we leave - and it has already gone a lot. Therefore, you need to hold on, fight ...
“I was ill with coronavirus last fall, and twice in a row,” says Evgeny Klimin (surname and name changed at his request), a 29-year-old resident of Omsk. -After the first time, for some reason, antibodies did not appear, so he became infected again. And my case is not the only one, many of my acquaintances have been ill twice.

The first time I was ill easily, the second is much heavier. The postkovid was until mid -May. Of the symptoms - floating pains in the whole body, in muscles and joints, up to the impossibility of walking. Weakness, pressure and temperature. Dressed condition, depression, unwillingness to do anything. Thoughts about suicide, increased aggression, problems with neurology. Due to constant pain and poor health, as a whole, any activity flies sharply, which in turn also does not benefit the body.
Now this is already behind, everything has returned to normal, but in a few months, while the post -shoe syndrome remained, he managed to quarrel with the Enny number of people. After all, you have much higher irritability, aggression, less tolerance. And here is the question - whether it will be possible to cope with this. I did it, but I know examples when people went out the window. Although, of course, there are other examples - when psychologists and psychotherapists helped or when only antidepressants saved.
I myself did not turn to anyone and did not drink anything. He got out of the internal power, himself, since he was used to relying on himself for the life of a disabled person from childhood in cerebral palsy.
Unfortunately, my mother and wife did not treat what was happening to me. Like many, they do not believe that you can feel like a zombie for months. That one malaise is replaced by another, the body literally falls apart, and the psyche is shaken. Those who have not passed through this tend to perceive post-ovid as some terrible fairy tales. Like, after an ordinary virus, not too different from banal flu, this cannot be. That is, people do not perceive Covid as something fundamentally different from what they have previously encountered, do not believe in the likelihood of such severe consequences.
Although it has long been proven that Covid hits thoroughly in the psyche, people are ashamed to talk about the problems of this kind. And I'm sure: this is necessary to talk about this.
Experts argue that, according to various estimates, certain symptoms that are not associated with the preservation of the virus in the body remain in 25–70% of the ill-long Covid-19.
Here are the most frequent symptoms of the post -shock according to the WHO: fatigue, headaches, chest pain, muscle pain and tingling, memory problems (forgetfulness), depression, long cough, difficulty breathing, increased heartbeat, diarrhea, abdominal pain, rash, seizures of fever.

There are almost 50 thousand participants in the Facebook “Nosypical Coronavirus” group, and many of them complain that they have to cope with the post-shoe syndrome without any support, even from relatives who do not believe in the seriousness of the problem, do not understand what is happening.
- Recently, I began to ask my customers if they had a covid. Because after the next reception, an understanding came: something with the ill those who was not so, ”says Zarema Friedman, a practicing psychologist, G. Sterlitamak. - All of them have at least one symptom. Some suffer from depression, which can be cured only in a hospital with pharmacy. Others cannot get rid of suicidal mood. Still others fall with the deepest apathy, cease to enjoy life. Often there is such a symptom as a panic attack. Moreover, serious mental disorders after Covid are found regardless of age or how easily a person has ill. Unreasonable anxiety and tearfulness, nightmarish dreams with scenes of one’s own death, memory failures, weakness - and all this against the background of such physiological disorders as temperature surges, shortness of breath, high blood pressure, tachycardia.
The most important thing is to prevent psychological problems with time to psychiatric diagnosis over time. To understand what is happening with people after Covid and how to help them, I began to look for information about the post -mucous depression. As it turned out, many foreign studies confirm: the ill people are faced with psychological problems even after recovery. So, in the Lancet magazine last November, an article of scientists from Oxford University was published with the results of the analysis of medical records of the emirable residents of the United States. The study showed that every fifth American was diagnosed with a mental disorder within three months after recovery. Most often it was anxiety, insomnia and depression. In Russian practice, such a thing as "post -shoe depression", within the framework of a psychiatric classification, is not yet, but this is only a matter of time.
Lancet magazine has published a survey of 1655 patients hospitalized in Jun at the very beginning of the pandemic. 76% of them six months after discharge experienced discomfort associated with at least one symptom of the post -shaped syndrome.
- Coronavirus infection is a serious illness that we still do not know how to control very well and are not very good at treating. And in many patients, it flows really very difficult and leaves behind serious changes in the body. Moreover, these changes are quite persistent, ”explains Vladimir Khinovker, an anesthetist-resuscitator, head of the department of the Federal Siberian Scientific and Clinical Center of the FMBA of Russia. -When the disease takes a chronic form, the collective term "post-shoe syndrome" is used, combining all the consequences of the COVID-19.

- As for the psychological consequences of such states, such situations are known and well studied in medicine. So, more than half of the patients who underwent surgery on the heart using artificial circulation suffer from depression and personality change. After all, people in the resuscitation department experience not only the disease itself in severe form, but also serious stress. Put yourself in the place of a patient who watches how people die in a neighboring bunk one after another, and each time tries this situation on himself. And he understands that he does not manage this situation at all. This, of course, is extremely difficult to affect the patient’s psyche after resuscitation in general and after covid departments in particular. After the last, I would even say, especially hard. People who are ill with severe forms are experiencing a long fear of complete unknown.
