From the America space in New Mexico (USA), the Unity-22 spacecraft of Virgin Galactic with British billionaire Richard Branson on board started. The broadcast was carried out on the official YouTube channel of the company.

Together with Branson, the crew included the chief astronaut instructor Beth Moshes, senior operating engineer Colin Bennett, Vice President of Relations with the Government of Sirish Bandla, as well as pilots Dave Mcakey and Michael Masuchechchi.
The spacecraft rose to a height of 15 km, separated from the carrier and went to the suborbital space to a height of more than 80 km. The flight participants spent several minutes in zero gravity.

Then the ship successfully returned to Earth.

Branson came to the starting platform on a bicycle.
Branson Virgin Galactic plans to develop tourist suborbital flights. Already nine days later, on July 20, the founder of Amazon Jeff Bezos on the New Shepard ship Blue Origin, competing with Virgin Galactic, will fly into space.
