Oleg Nikolaevich Tselkov was born in 1934 in Moscow, studied at the Moscow Central Art School, at the Belarusian Theater-Art Institute in Minsk, at the I.E. Academy of Arts Repin in Leningrad, at the production faculty of the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music and Cinema.
The first apartment exhibition Oleg Tselkov took place in Moscow in 1956, the first official personal exhibition - in 1965 at the Institute of Atomic Physics named after I.V. Kurchatov in 1965. In the 1970s, the artist began to exhibit in Europe and the USA.
In 1977, under pressure from the authorities, he was forced to leave the USSR, lived in Paris. In 2004, Oleg Triumph, the artist became a laureate of the Non -State Russian Prize, took place in the State Russian Museum (GRM) and the State Tretyakov Gallery (GTG). In 2014, the Catherine Foundation in Moscow hosted a large anniversary exhibition of Oleg Tsubkov “Diamond Ace”.
The works of Oleg Tselkov are in the GTG, timing, the State Hermitage, the State Museum of Fine Arts named after A.S. Pushkin in other meetings in Russia and abroad.
