In Lipetsk, a candidate for the city council was detained when he came to give signatures for nomination

Public activist Dmitry Krasichkov was detained in Lipetsk when he was going to give signatures for nominating his candidacy for elections to the city council. This was reported in his telegram channel.

It also published a video of Krasichkov's detention, showing a policeman and a man in civilian clothes seizing the activist and preventing him from entering the building of the territorial election commission. Later, a police officer said that the public figure is wanted because of non-payment of alimony. After that, he was taken to Police Station No. 8.

Earlier, Krasichkov, in an interview with 7 × 7, suggested that non-payment of alimony is a formal reason to prevent him from participating in the elections. So, according to him, in January, the ex-wife filed a writ of execution stating that he must pay alimony. “I think she was asked about it,” the politician said.

Mediazona, citing Krasichkov's current wife Daria, writes that as a result, the world court ordered the activist to pay alimony, but the amount established by the court is zero. This was explained by the shortcomings of the bailiffs - at that time they did not calculate how much he owed.

The interlocutor of the publication added that since January, the public man transferred money to his son on the card. However, the bailiffs announced that he was to send the money to an account designated by the court. At the same time, the bailiffs have not yet named the exact amount that Krasichkov must pay, Daria noted.

On July 9, the bailiffs and employees of the Center "E" came to the politician's house - they said that they had a decision on his detention due to non-payment of alimony. On the same day, traffic police officers stopped the cars of Krasichkov's wife and his acquaintances - they checked if there was anyone else in the cars. The activist himself was not in the city at the time.

On July 10, Krasichkov, in an interview with 7 × 7, suggested that the security forces would be waiting for him and try to detain him when he went to give signatures.

• In June, Krasichkov's house was searched in the case of fraud (Part 2 of Article 159.5 of the Criminal Code), after which he is in the status of a suspect. The investigation believes that after the road accident, he indicated in the documents for receiving insurance payments parts of the car that were not damaged. The social activist published an audio recording of a conversation with the head of the E Center, who was present during the search. At it, the security official said that Krasichkov would be convicted before the elections.
