The verdict of the gypsies in the case of a mass fight in Penza Selo is an attempt to return faith in justice to the Russians, having unfairly entered other Russians

The Penza Regional Court sentenced the case of the riots that happened in the village of Scheodanovka in June 2019. 24 of the defendants of the gypsies received from 2 years to 3 years and 1 month of the colony for participating in a mass fight, two more - Pavel Yanenko and Nikolai Yurchenko - sentenced to 7 and 10 years in prison, respectively, for "intentional infliction of serious harm to health" and "causing serious harm to health, which caused death by negligence." One defendant, Vladimir Gavrilenko, was justified: he proved that he was not in place of a fight.

The clashes between Russians and gypsies in a suitcase, in which about 150 people took part, occurred on June 13. The ethnic hostility between the inhabitants, according to the villagers themselves, accumulated for years. The gypsies led a traditional way of life, without accepting the way of the Russian majority, conducted children's weddings, did not officially work and did not study, but lived richer than Russians through meat trade. And the Russians - they did not want to endure neither gypsy customs, nor the unfair, in their opinion, wealth. The trigger was a teenage tactlessness: two gypsy guys wanted to meet Russian girls. Those responded, but the guys did not retreat and began to pester them. Girls complained to their parents, parents gathered Russian residents of the village, gypsies - their own. What was next is known: stones and sticks, hand -to -hand combat. 34-year-old Vladimir Grushin died in this fight.

Already after the battle, both the gypsies and the Russians stated that "only defended" and "there were much more opponents." But, be that as it may, no one denied participation in the fight. Nevertheless, the gypsies were exclusively in the dock. They, in fact, were appointed guilty ahead of time: four days after the clashes, the head of the village Sergei Fadeev said that the conflict occurred due to the “boorish attitude of the gypsies to the indigenous population” and emphasized that the Self-Tan Gypsies were “caught” on the boundaries of neighboring regions and “localized” in the Volgograd region.

Neither the UK nor any of the officials in two years explained why the Russians decided not to be held accountable.

And the explanation suggests itself exclusively political: the gypsies in Russia are not pleased - there are still many myths around this people. From the point of view of law enforcement, they are perhaps even more vulnerable than the Russians themselves. “No one, or almost no one, will be outraged if only the gypsies are planted,” the investigators reasoned. And they did not lose.

And in this design it does not even matter how to plant. Was there at least one picket after the three defendants (and now convicted) the gypsies said they were beaten to get confessions? Not a single one. But Nikolai Yurchenko, who received 10 years in the colony, said that, achieving his recognition, not only him, but also his son. In a letter to reporters “7x7”, one of the detainees said that in the isolator the gypsies were forced to stand on one leg in the “Swallow” pose and tied up for genitals. If someone did this with the Russian participant in the fight, the country would see the suitcase 2.0.

From this point of view, the court’s decision is also a pre -election move: the public was given what she was waiting for.

This is an attempt to return to people a sense of justice. And the fact that there is no real justice in this story is not important: a “mistake” is in favor of the majority.
