Military aircraft flew over Petersburg

On the morning of July 14, military aircraft and helicopters flew over the Central, Admiralty, Petrograd and Vasileostrovsky districts of St. Petersburg. Attention was paid to readers and employees of the Paper.

Aviation spans are associated with the rehearsal of the air unit of the main naval parade, they told the “paper” in the Western military district of the Ministry of Defense. It is noted that this is the first rehearsal. In the course of training, special attention is paid to observing the height and distance mode between aircraft and helicopters.

Sea aviation arrived in St. Petersburg on July 13 to participate in the Parade to the Navy Day. At the ZHO airfields, planes and helicopters are located from formations and military units of the airborne forces, the Navy, the Baltic, Northern, Black Sea, Pacific Fleets. Among them are the MiG-31, Su-24 and MiG-29K aircraft, the Be-200 amphibian plane, the IL-38 anti-submarine plane, as well as the Mi-8, Ka-29 and Ka-52 helicopters.

Earlier it became known that in St. Petersburg, due to preparation for the parade in honor of the Navy Day, the schedule for wiring bridges will change.
