As a result, more than six hours after the arrest, a protocol was drawn up against Anastasia Zavyalova under the article on petty hooliganism (part 2 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) - she faces arrest for up to 15 days. The girl was left at the police station until the trial, scheduled for July 19.

Glukhova also said that in the department the policeman demanded that Zavyalova write that she “behaved aggressively” and “resisted”, otherwise he would initiate a criminal case against her for using violence against a representative of the authorities (Article 318 of the Criminal Code). The girl refused to talk about herself.

On July 19, Zavyalova was taken from the police department to the Botkin hospital, where a shoulder bruise was recorded, Polina Glukhova told OVD-Info. Also, the police refused to transfer antidepressants to the department where the detainee is located.

Earlier, a protocol on petty hooliganism was drawn up against Zavyalova. The security forces considered that she interfered with their activities.

“The girl did not respond to the repeated demands of law enforcement officers to stop illegal behavior, she did not declare her professional status as a journalist,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
