We live in the era of the humanization of punishments. This makes the sane world, but Russia occasionally joins the general trends.

Probably, the girl needs to be deprived of the right to drive a car forever. And, of course, take away all the property in favor of the affected family. Or assign a multimillion fine - if she does not pay for it, then already in a pre -trial detention center.

Money will not return the dead children, but they will help the family change something in life, somehow forget. For example, to leave for Scandinavian countries, where children's mortality on the roads are reduced to zero. In general, leaving Russia is a real salvation for a seriously affected person.

I do not know why 18-year-old Bashkirov is imprisoning. A sense of revenge in a family who has lost the boys will quickly pass. I did not see the impudence of this girl. This is not a woman from Irkutsk, who killed one and crippling the other sister, after which for two years in court he did not want to pay compensation, and then completely landed under an amnesty.

This is not even an actor Efremov who fell under the spell of a lawyer and received a reasonably long time - because he went to a call to the company after his crime, and did not actively repent.
