In Irkutsk, water entered 398 plots and 39 summer houses, in the Shelekhov district - 80 plots.

“According to the Irkutsk Directorate for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, July 22 at night in Taishet, Chunsky, Bratsk, in the afternoon in the North-West and Katanga districts, strong rains are expected in places,” the Ministry of Emergencies said.
