According to him, in January 2021, the Investigative Committee approached St. Petersburg State University with a proposal to conduct a sociological study, study why teenagers participate in rallies, and also find “ways to counter such dangerous trends.”

“Based on the results of the study, we plan to obtain an expert opinion with recommendations on how to form among young people a conscious refusal to participate in uncoordinated actions,” Klaus said.
