The Savelovsky District Court of Moscow fined Valentina Muzhenskaya four thousand rubles, who was dragged out of the MFC by police for refusing to wear a mask. TASS reports this with reference to the press service of the court.
Muzhenskaya was found guilty of disobedience to a police officer (Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code).
On June 25, at the Khoroshevsky district MFC, a woman felt nauseous and pulled down her mask. The employees called the police, and they dragged her out of the building and dragged her by the hand to a company car. Doctors recorded bruises, contusions and abrasions on the victim’s arms and legs.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs claimed that Muzhenskaya “behaved inappropriately”, “hit a police officer in the leg several times” and bit his colleague.
The Moscow prosecutor's office canceled the decision to initiate a criminal case for the use of violence against police officers (Article 318 of the Criminal Code).
