In Perm, the court fined a video message to Putin

On July 22, a resident of Perm Elena Germanov was fined 20 thousand rubles due to participation in the video message to Putin. She reports this on the VKontakte page.

Motovilikhinsky District Court found Germanov guilty under an article on violation of the rules of the organization of the action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

In a video message, Elena Germanova, together with fellow countrymen, asked Putin to preserve the Hammer Stadium, whose territory the authorities want to build up houses. Since the activist was on sick leave, she petitioned for the transfer of the meeting, but the court refused this and examined the case without her participation.
