A representative of the Federal Penitentiary Service asked the Preobrazhensky Court to change the measure of restraint for Pussy Riot member Maria Alyokhina in the “sanitary case” from house arrest to detention.
“In his opinion, my client violated the conditions of house arrest when she went to the pharmacy and to the doctor,” Alyokhina’s lawyer Daniil Berman told TASS.
The FSIN representative was supported by the prosecutor's office, but the court refused to change the preventive measure.
