Three St. Petersburg National Bolsheviks were each sentenced to three days of arrest due to a rally for free elections

The Oktyabrsky Court of St. Petersburg sentenced National Bolsheviks Daria Dobrokhotova, Alexander Kolosov and Andrei Milyuk to three days of arrest each because of the action “for freedom of elections.” This was reported by OVD-Info.

Activists of the unregistered party “The Other Russia of E. V. Limonov” were found guilty of organizing an uncoordinated action (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).

The National Bolsheviks were detained the day before, on July 30. Activists in medical suits came to the Ministry of Justice building, read out a manifesto and smashed a model of a coronavirus molecule with the symbols of United Russia.

“The government has isolated the political space from all independent forces beyond its control. Real politics found itself in quarantine. From year to year, the Kremlin fights another opposition “plague,” but the real “bacillus” has long penetrated the corridors of power and is corroding the country from the inside,” commented the action on the telegram channel of the party “The Other Russia of E. V. Limonova.”
