The First Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction held a hearing in the case of recognizing the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK), the Foundation for the Defense of Citizens' Rights (FZPG) and Navalny's headquarters as extremist organizations. The decision of the trial court was upheld. Lawyer Ivan Pavlov reported this on his Telegram channel.

At the hearing, the lawyers were asked to hand over their phones, and communications in the courtroom were jammed. As Pavlov noted , earlier “employees of the prosecutor’s office complained that before they had time to say anything, it appeared on social networks.” In addition, the defense was given only twenty minutes to review one of the documents, which the Moscow City Court had not sent to lawyers for a month.

On August 6, Navalny’s Headquarters, the Anti-Corruption Foundation and the Foundation for the Defense of Citizens’ Rights appeared on the Ministry of Justice’s list of extremist organizations (No. 86–88).

The title and name of the court have been changed.

On June 9, the Moscow City Court recognized the Anti-Corruption Foundation, the headquarters of Alexei Navalny and the Foundation for the Protection of Citizens' Rights as extremist organizations.
On April 16, 2021, the Moscow Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit with the Moscow City Court demanding that the Anti-Corruption Foundation, the Foundation for the Protection of Citizens' Rights, and the headquarters of Alexei Navalny be recognized as extremist organizations. On April 19, the Moscow City Court classified the materials of the case on the ban of FBK and Navalny’s headquarters due to state secrets.
