In Barnaul, the National Bolshevik was fined due to a campaign for fair elections. His party members are called to the police

The Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Barnaul fined Nikolai Umerenkov, an activist from the Other Russia, E.V. Limonov, 10,000 rubles because of the all-Russian action of the National Bolsheviks for fair elections. This was reported on the page of the Altai branch of the party in VKontakte.

Umerenkov was found guilty under the article on participation in an uncoordinated action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). At the same time, the police drew up a protocol against him under a more serious article on organizing an uncoordinated event (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), under which he was threatened with up to 15 days of arrest. However, the court was not provided with evidence that it was Umerenkov who was the organizer, so the article was reclassified.

After the hearing, Umerenkov was detained by employees of the Center for Combating Extremism at the exit of the court and taken to the nearest police station, where the activist was required to call fellow party members who allegedly participated in the protests and ask them to come to the police station. On refusal, the police said that they would act "in their own way." Soon, as they write in the party, activists Vitaly Fadeev and Yana Korolkova received calls with an invitation to the police department for a conversation.

• Representatives of the party "Other Russia E.V. Limonov" on July 31 throughout the country held actions for fair elections. Despite pre-filed applications, the authorities agreed on the action only in Izhevsk. National Bolsheviks have planned events in 30 cities. In connection with the action, the police detained 17 National Bolsheviks in several cities.
• The Other Russia is an unregistered party founded by members of the banned National Bolshevik Party (NBP). Party members are called "National Bolsheviks" or "Limonovites" (after the founder of the party, Eduard Limonov). At the end of September, the party announced its self-dissolution and re-establishment under the name "The Other Russia of E. V. Limonov."
