The Pskov Regional Electoral Commission was restored by the policy of Leo Schlosberg and the municipal deputy Nikolai Kuzmin as candidates for elections to the regional meeting. About this to the correspondent North. The realities were informed by the lawyer of the Yabloko party Dmitry Permyakov.
Earlier, politicians were removed from the elections at the request of the Ministry of Justice for the support of an "extremist organization." The election of the election commission says that Schlosberg and Kuzmin were restored, because the decision to prohibit and liquidate the extremist and prohibited organization "Fund for Combating Corruption" did not enter into legal force.
Lawyer Permyakov emphasized that he was not surprised by the restoration of candidates, because it was on this argument that the party that had not entered into legal force on the FBK and planned to dispute the exclusion of Schlosberg and Kuzmin from the lists of candidates in court.
“I think local officials shot Schlosberg and Kuzmin without consultation with Moscow, now they were probably greatly scolded, and they are handing back. But I don’t exclude that there was a false bank: they showed us what will happen in Russia as soon as the FBK prohibition of the FBK has entered into legal force,” Permyakov believes.
Earlier, the district regional election commission in Pskov registered Permyakov himself as a candidate for elections to the regional assembly.
