The second week of the Olympics did not start well for the Russians - in the first three days there were only two gold medals. But on Thursday everything is finally back to normal! Wrestler Zaur Uguev takes gold in freestyle wrestling in the category up to 57 kilograms, Artur Naifonov takes bronze in the category up to 86 kilograms. And there will definitely be another medal tomorrow - Zaurbek Sidakov reaches the finals up to 74 kilograms. Boxers are not inferior to wrestlers: Albert Batyrgaziev won the featherweight division, Gleb Bakshi won bronze in the middle. Finally, there is the first medal in athletics - Anzhelika Sidorova takes silver in pole vault (and this is very disappointing, because until the last there was every chance for gold). Well, volleyball - the men's team in the semi-finals against the current Olympic champions Brazilians: scary, very scary, the first set was lost, the second was won, in the third ours are far behind - but they gnaw out victory, the fourth is also ours - and 3: 1, victory! In the final, the Russians will play with the French. In beach volleyball, the final will also be with ours - Krasilnikov and Stoyanovskiy confidently beat the Qataris and the day after tomorrow they will fight for gold with the Norwegians (where do they get beaches from?!). In the overall standings, ours are still fifth, but behind the Australians is only one medal. Watch, believe and cheer!
