In Perm, the court upheld the arrest of the National Bolshevik Party due to a rally for fair elections

The Perm regional court upheld 15 days of arrest imposed on the National Bolshevik Kirill Imashev due to participation in a rally for fair elections. This was reported by Dmitry Ivanov in the Protest MSU telegram channel.

Imashev was arrested on July 31. The police issued a protocol against him under the article on repeated violation of the rally legislation (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and took him to the Leninsky District Court of Perm, which found the National Bolshevik guilty.

Other detainees were released from the police department with protocols under a non-arrest article on violation of the rules for participation in the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). On the day of the arrest, the police crowd attacked the protesters, and also used physical force on the minor National Bolshevik.
