In Moscow, a picket participant was detained on Nikolskaya Street Sergey Pinchuk. He himself informed the OVD-Info about this.

The activist stood with the poster "Putin is afraid: Navalny, honest elections, people." The detainee was delivered to the China-Gorod police department. The police take his phone from him.

16:39 The reason for the detention was a complaint in the KUSP that another person supposedly stood in the picket. An Oksana Borodina, lawyer from the OVD-info Borodin left for Pinchuk.

18:40 Police officers wrote out a detainee of 500 rubles a fine under an article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to lawyer Oksana Borodina, the security forces considered that Pinchuk interfered with passers -by with his picket and grossly expressed himself. The police did not mention the poster. The lawyer intends to appeal the actions of the police in court.
