The Ministry of Industry and Trade and Rostec will join the state aviation leasing

The Ministry of Industry and Trade and Rostec will enter the management of the State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) with a portfolio of almost 1.3 trillion rubles. The Ministry of Transport will remain the owner of the company, through which the main flow of state orders for aircraft will now go.

It follows from the text that the new board of directors of STLC will be formed on a parity basis from representatives of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Industry and Trade together with Rostec. Long-term obligations for the purchase of products from Russian enterprises of Rostec will be agreed by October 15.
