The Ministry of Justice officially included the FBK, the Foundation for the Protection of Citizens' Rights (FZPG) and the Navalny Headquarters movement in the list of organizations banned in Russia. All three had also previously been recognized as foreign agents.
The decision took effect the day after the court dismissed the appeal. Organizations are included under numbers 86-88 of the list.
- A lawsuit to recognize Navalny's structures as extremist was filed by the Moscow prosecutor's office on April 16. Consideration of the requirements took place behind closed doors - the department assigned the stamp "secret" to part of the case materials. Since the lawyers appealed against the court's decision, it was not considered to have entered into force until the appeal was considered.
