SK opened a matter because of the death of a student ITMO

The department in the Vasileostrovsky district of the UK in St. Petersburg opened a criminal case because of the death of a 20-year-old ITMO student who tried to save the kitten and received a blow to the back of his body (as he was mistaken for a car attorney). This was reported by the press service of the Investigative Committee.

The case was opened under an article on intentional infliction of serious harm to health, which entailed by negligence the death of the victim . The maximum punishment under this article is imprisonment up to 15 years.

According to preliminary data from the forensic medical examination, the deceased has a dull abdominal injury with a rupture of the mesentery of the colon. Earlier, Fontanka, who was the first to tell about this story, wrote without an indication of the source that the young man died of heart arrest.

The student hit the student with the car he was in. According to the attacker, he pushed the young man. After that, the guy became ill and he fell on the asphalt. The man called an ambulance - the doctors on arrival stated death.
