The author of the action "The Altered Constitution" was canceled by compulsory work

In St. Petersburg, the bailiffs canceled 100 hours of compulsory work, appointed by the activist of the Time movement Timur Rasulov due to the “Life Constitution” campaign. It is reported by the "Apology of Protest" in its telegram channel.

Rasulov held his action back in October 2018. The activist posted an object near the constitutional court building, similar to the self -destroyed work of the English radical artist Banksy, only instead of “Girls with a ball” under the “Schreder” was the Constitution of the Russian Federation. As a result, Rasulov was found guilty of repeated violation of the rules of participation in shares (part 8. Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), assigning him compulsory work.

The bailiffs only after more than two years demanded that the activist perform compulsory work. According to the "Apology of Protest", Rasulov did not evade work, it is impossible to demand the execution of punishment after such a long time.

The defense party appealed this requirement in the Nevsky District Court, where the bailiffs eventually notified the activist to cancel the decision and terminate the enforcement proceedings. The court also stopped administrative proceedings on Rasulov’s complaint.
