The Moscow City Court overturned the decision to arrest Alina Ivanova, who exposed her buttocks near the police station. This was reported by Mediazona with reference to the lawyer of the Apology of Protest Alexander Aldaev.
The case was sent for a new trial to the court of first instance, and the girl herself was taken from the courtroom to the detention center to pick up things.
18:17 The Presnensky District Court, when reviewing the case, appointed the girl three days of arrest, according to Apology of Protest. She was released from the courtroom, taking into account the time served in the special detention center.
- Alina Ivanova held her action in front of the police department on August 7th. On August 9, she was detained and taken to the Arbat police station. On August 10, the Presnensky District Court of Moscow arrested Ivanova for five days under the article on hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), she was supposed to be released on August 14.
- Earlier, a court in Yekaterinburg arrested model Elena Nikiforovskaya for three days and photographer Aysel Akhmedova for two days for a photo session with naked buttocks in front of the local police department. They were found guilty under the article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Nikiforovskaya also wore a jacket that looked like a police uniform, but instead of the word "police" on the back was the word "provocation".
