In Rostov-on-Don, on August 14, the police detained Nikolai Bondarev, who held a single picket. He himself told the OVD-Info about this.
In the middle of the day, Bondarev went into a picket on the central square of Rostov-on-Don in support of political prisoners. After 15 minutes, he was detained by the police, who delivered a picket to the police department No. 7 in the Proletarsky district.
According to Bondarev, they wanted to draw up a protocol under an article on participation in an inconsistent action (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). However, after three hours in the police department, the man was released without drawing up a protocol - he was informed that the information about the action would be transferred to the police department at the place of residence in the Krasnodar Territory.
