The Grandmother's District Court of Moscow sent Olga Kuzmin under house arrest in the case of hooliganism (Article 213 of the Criminal Code) after the action against illegal in her opinion. It is reported by the OVD-Info with reference to the lawyer.

The investigator asked to send a Muscovite under house arrest until October 9, his request was satisfied, the press service of the court specified.

A criminal case was opened due to a ranging action, during which the girl tied herself to a tree at a 20-meter height. According to investigators, Kuzmina acted not alone and "entered into a criminal conspiracy with unidentified persons." The activist had a crossbow unsuitable for shooting - the security forces noted that he was not a cold weapon and can be used for sports and relaxation.

On the day of the action, August 9, Olga Kuzmin was detained and arrested for 6 days. While she was serving an administrative arrest in a special receptionist, they came home to her mother with a search of the case of hooliganism. On Sunday, the activist was detained after leaving the special receiver and sent to the IVS. According to the article on hooliganism, she faces up to eight years in prison.
