The Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow imposed a fine of four thousand rubles on the National Bolshevik Timofey Filin. The activist was found guilty under the article on disobedience to the lawful demand of the police (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Filin was detained early in the morning on July 31 - on this day, the National Bolsheviks were planning a rally for fair elections. The security forces met him at the exit of the house and took him to the police department in the Orekhovo-Borisovo South district. A lawyer from OVD-Info, Nikita Spivak, went to help the detainee, and for several hours he was not allowed into the OVD to see his client.
