The police of the Leninsky and Domodedovo districts of the Moscow region are issuing warnings to local activists. This was reported to OVD-Info by a public figure Sergei Melnichenko. Information about this was also published in the INVISIBLE TV group on VKontakte.
The warning was handed to Melnichenko when he was collecting signatures against the construction of an understudy for the Moscow Ring Road. At the same time, it is not clear what specific actions law enforcement officers warn against committing. The document says that the signatory was informed about "the inadmissibility of actions that create conditions for the commission of crimes, administrative offenses, the resolution of which is within the competence of the police, or the inadmissibility of continuing antisocial behavior."
According to Melnichenko, other active citizens of the district also received warnings - those who make videos about the arbitrariness of the authorities or participate in protests. The man believes that such a document is given to everyone involved in social activities.
As they write in the NEVIDNOE TV group, one of the activists challenged the actions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in court. The Domodedovo City Court found this practice illegal.
