Yes, any court in Russia will explain to you for a couple of court hearings that these criminals are, of course, the FBK (the “Foundation for the Combation of Corruption” was included in the register of foreign agents, its activities are recognized as extremist, the organization is prohibited), and the Taliban* is a completely different matter.
