A court in Perm increased the fine to the leader of the Perm National Bolsheviks, Kirill Imashev, from 20,000 to 40,000 rubles, allegedly due to evasion of punishment (part 1, article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is reported by the telegram channel "Direct Action".
A protocol on non-payment of a fine against Imashev was drawn up after he was released from a special detention center, where he served 15 days of arrest due to a rally for fair elections. On August 19, bailiffs detained him to take him to court, but the meeting was postponed to August 23.
On February 18, Imashev was fined 20,000 rubles for violating the procedure for organizing the action (Part 2, Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Then he participated in pickets against cutting down the Chernyaevsky forest in Perm.
