The authors of the audit considered that the articles “contain a negative assessment of the actions of government bodies, which contributes to the perception and formation of a negative attitude towards them.”

In addition, the document talks about the “We Accept” project with monologues by LGBT people. The document says that the “Fourth Sector,” “by promoting the ideas of a loyal attitude towards sexual relations between persons of the same sex, contributes to the formation of political views and beliefs that are contrary to the state policy of the Russian Federation.”

“Discussion of non-traditional relationships contributes to the formation of distorted ideas about compliance with social norms of non-traditional sexual (intimate) relationships (homosexuality),” the authors of the document believe.

The results of the audit also indicate participation in a solidarity rally with correspondent Ivan Golunov and a single picket in support of journalist Ivan Safronov, accused of treason.

The Ministry of Justice began an investigation against the Fourth Sector at the end of July. The organization immediately liquidated itself, but a month later the department entered it into the register of NGOs - “foreign agents.”
