The driver of the State Duma deputy Mikhail Romanov was stopped at the Blagoveshchensk bridge on the Vasilyevsky Island - he drove after the Neva after the prohibiting movement of the fence was put up on the bridge. It is reported by Fontanka.
According to the publication, the car with the deputy turned to the bridge with the English embankment at 1:33, when the movement on the bridge was already prohibited, but this did not stop the driver - and he crossed the Neva. A protocol was drawn up to the driver for traveling to the oncoming lane - two months ago he was already prescribed a similar protocol, so now he is facing a deprivation of rights.
Romanov himself early in the morning the publication answered that this was not, and added that "it was some kind of nonsense." Later, the deputy said that he fell asleep and did not notice how he was transported over a bridge closed for movement. He added that the car was rental, and the driver was new. Romanov expressed confidence that traffic police officers would make a legal decision and the driver will be responsible, and also apologized.
Earlier, Paper reported that the St. Petersburg taxi driver shot down the inspector when he made a fine for the wrong parking. Now Comterans plans to train his employees with self -defense.
