Yandex.Lavka launched in Paris

The Yandex.Lavka grocery ordering and delivery service has been launched in Paris. The platform will operate under the Yango Deli brand.

Delivery will be available to almost 1 million Parisians, the company said . Orders will be fulfilled by couriers on electric bicycles and electric scooters within 15 minutes.

The range includes almost 3,000 everyday items. You can place and pay for an order via a bank card in the Yango Deli app for iOS or Android.

• The international brand Yango Deli (short for Yandex Go Delivery) first launched in Tel Aviv since November last year. The launch of an analogue of Yandex.Lavka is planned in London. The amount of investment is not disclosed, but Yandex was going to invest $400-500 million by the end of this year in the e-commerce direction, which includes the Market, Lavka services and food delivery in Eda.
