The suspects seemed to “victims” that they were collecting money for employees of the highest certification collegium (Higher Attestation Commission).

The criminal case against the teachers of the MPSU was forced to have the old wounds of the infamous university. It is with the MPSU that the largest scandal in the scientific community, which began in November 2012, is connected. Investigation of the circumstances of the defense at the MPSU, the dissertation of the director of the specialized educational and scientific center of Moscow State University Andrei Andriyanov led to the acceleration of the Danilovsky Disrea at the MPSU, which defended unfair dissertations. Elena Levanova is included in the working dissent at the MPSU , specializing in pedagogy. In this dissolution, 13 candidate dissertations were defended in the Dissernet base. In Levanova herself, you can find multiple publications of the article “Methodological approaches to the interiorization of professionally oriented knowledge in the process of preparing social teachers,” after which the article was withdrawn from the magazine.

The MPSU also has a VIP-dissertee: for example, the former deputy head of the Russian Academy of Sciences Oleg Mitnol , the rector of the South Ural Institute of Management and Economics Anatoly Molodchik , the Deputy Director of the Museum of the History of St. Petersburg Sergey Kalyzhin and the director of the Moscow gymnasium No. 1306 Elena Sporysheva .

Back in 2013, the MPSU’s diploma could be obtained in non-state universities, while the classes could not even be attended: such an educational program was carried out, for example, the humanitarian and social and pedagogical institute, which is located on the top floor of the Main Building of the MPSU on Vernadsky Avenue. He was headed by Olga Shusharina , the dean of the faculty of sociology, economics and law of the MPSU, - an opponent to defend the dissertation of the Director of the SUNC Andriyanov, who was dismissed.
