The selective application of laws about "foreigners" as a sign of the estate state

All Russian media can be recognized as “foreign agents”, but in the corresponding lists of the Ministry of Justice, as a result, only those who do not put (and do not remove) notes on the call find themselves.

Russian officials stubbornly call the laws on “foreign agents” the “necessary mirror measure in response to the unfriendly actions of the United States”, but even in a terrible dream it is impossible to imagine that the Biden administration will find foreign financing from the Fox News conservative television channel and on this basis will interrupt its work. Homegrown "foreign Agents" are know-how of Russian authorities. And even to people, very far from studying the lawmaking of Kremlin lawyers from Klishas to Krasheninnikov, it is clear that “foreign agents” in Russia will never be recognized either RT or VGTRK. Even if foreign money will be found in these companies, and subjects and residents of “unfriendly countries” will be persons of patriotic broadcasting. Thus, the selective application of the law on “foreign agents” is undisguised censorship, but the story is just beginning on this.

The degradation of the quality of the laws adopted by our Duma exposes the tendency: laws are written so that they can be applied not only selectively, but it is precisely differently against different groups of citizens. It was the equality of people before the law since the French Revolution that became the key slogan of the modern world: aristocrats and ordinary clerks should be judged the same, because they have equal civil dignity.

Now Russian lawmaking cancels the modern world.

For example, in Russia there is a shameful law, according to which persons associated with “extremist organizations” in the past cannot be elected in the elections by any means. So that in no case do not interfere with respected people-Russians and continue to delight us with their extreme lawmaking. Now, under this law, Lev Schlosberg has been lifted with the elections - and, apparently, this was done in violation of the letter of the law, even such a busy. And there is a new classicity: the degree of involvement in the “extremists” (participation in the rally, the Donates of the Navalny team or like in social networks under the posts of his supporters) will be determined by our “new aristocracy”.

From August 1, a law entered into force in Russia, allowing to kill rare species of animals listed in the Red Book, if there are “emergency circumstances” for this. In “New”, Maxim Leonov found out that the author of the United Russia law Vladislav Reznik, one of the richest Russian parliamentarians, an avid hunter . He clinically loves to shoot only on special types of rams - and even talks about his exotic hobby on a special site. Commentators note that Reznik’s law was virtually written by poachers to satisfy their needs, since the fact of the “Extraordinary NECK” will be determined by those people, officials and deputies who are listed with elite arrows. If the Red Book Baran is shot by an ordinary citizen of Russia, of course, he will be judged, so in this case the laws will also postulate the estate society.

Some time ago, the former State Duma deputy Robert Schlegel left Russia, naturalized in Germany and now declares himself as an apolitical person, a supporter of tolerance and European values. Deeply supporting Robert’s value, I was still upset by the sequence of his career achievements: he left us the laws by which it is impossible to live, and he chose another jurisdiction. But now

The Russian elite has a new option: to write for yourself and for everyone else different laws.

The masterpiece of this law enforcement was the presidential decree, which allowed officials to have foreign citizenship if you get rid of the second passport “impossible” . There is a believable version that this law has been adopted in order to give the opportunity to new Russian citizens “DPR”/“LPR” to calmly participate in the elections and not to worry about anything, but its estate character does not change from this. That which is not allowed by one categories of Russian citizens is very permissible to others, and it is not so important whether it is about work in government agencies with foreign passports, participation in the elections, the murder of rams or obtaining foreign financing.

It’s just that the time has come for foreigners, and it would be nice to know in advance a complete list of privileged persons on which the requirements of legislation intended for us, ordinary citizens, no longer spread. Some of them, maintaining historical continuity, could mark their limousines with the heads of the dead rams.
