What will be the weather in September?

-Now the vast cyclone is worth south of St. Petersburg, it will shift to the northeast. Due to this, the wind will change its direction - from eastern to northern. It will take a tendency to lower the air temperature.

September 1 will be relatively warm - up to +16.9 degrees in the afternoon. During school lines, the air temperature will be +12-14 degrees, no precipitation is expected. Small short -term rain in places is possible in the afternoon. Another situation in the Leningrad region: there are short -term rains more likely, including during school lines. The main precipitation should be waited on September 3, Kolesov said.

The first decade of September will be relatively cold with a negative anomaly of the air temperature. The average temperature at the beginning of the month will be +10-11 degrees at a norm of +11.1 degrees. In the second decade, the temperature will rise slightly above the norm and can even reach +16 degrees. But in the third decade, a cooling with an average temperature of about +9.4 degrees will come again.

Precipitation will be close to normal during September. Most days will be cloudy and rainy weather.

Forecasters have no information about the deadlines and in general about the onset of a woman’s summer. “I can’t say about Babier Summer yet, we don’t see a clear anticyclone. But everything can be - in recent years it has been shifted to October, ”says Kolesov.
