The personality of Haibatullah Akhunzad is well known to specialists. He was born in 1961 in a religious family. His father and grandfather were rural mullahs.

It comes from the Nurzai tribe, which is part of the tribal group of the Panzhpai Confederation of Durrani. This is a fairly powerful association in areas with the main points of Spinbuldak, the west of Kandahar, then in the provinces of Hilmen, headlights, up to Herat. And with a recent seizure of territories from Spinbuldak to Herat, the armed groups of Nurzaev were the main shock force. In the north, they even reached Shibergan and took the residence of Marshal Rashid Dustum. With the full predominance of the Taliban, the presence of foreign terrorist organizations there was minimal.

Haibatulla Akhunzad inherited the traditions of the family - he graduated from the seminary, the madrasah and showed himself on the path of religious service. During the period of anti -Soviet jihad, up to the fall of the Government of Najibullah, he was in the gangs of the preacher, went from the detachment to the detachment.

His activity was aimed at the psychological motivation of youth in gangs, at strengthening the ideas of jihad.

It should be noted that Haibatulla worked usually in gangs of tribal affiliation close to him. Despite his statements that his words are from God, and he is clean and outside the tribes, it is impossible to abandon the tribe in Afghanistan.

When everything collapsed Haibatullah joined the Taliban created in October 1994. This is due to the fact that his preaching activity took place, among other things, Muhammad Nabi among the gangs of the Islamic Revolution of Afghanistan.

Neither then, nor in the future, he never fought as an action movie or commander of the gang group.

Over time, Haibatulla Akhunzad became a recognized religious authority and functionary in the movement of the Taliban. When the problem of election of the leader in May 2016 was appointed as the leader of the Taliban. During these appointments, inevitable friction and rivalry between commanders fraught even by armed clashes arose.

Therefore, the movement abandoned the nomination to the highest post of even commanders of the highest rank. Some even associated the death of previous leaders from American aviation and drones with an internal struggle: competitors surrendered the location of the leaders of the intelligence of the coalition countries. For these considerations of Haibatull standing outside the military hierarchy, they put forward. His religious rank Mualavi allows you to have its own madrasah. And he once created him in Kvetta, where he lived with his family and taught him.

But with his appointment, the leader of Afghanistan is not so simple.

That Haibatulla Ahundzad, whom we know, will not really rule the country.

This is an analogue of Ayatollah. It will be different to rule according to the Iranian script, we will soon recognize his name.

After all, the same problem arose again - to whom to give the post of head of government? If the political situation is forcing, the Taliban are quite capable of showing complete unity in achieving the goal. But if you give power to people who command the troops when seizing power in Kabul, there will be such contradictions between them that it can reach the shooting. This is an objective process.

It must be understood that the Afghan war in a large part is a secret war. We see separate stuffing in the media, journalists and society are trying to guess on this open panel. But more than half of the decisions and events during the Afghan war are caused by hidden motives and circumstances.

Therefore, according to the figure of Haibatulla Ahunzad, we cannot determine what policy the Taliban government will have. He will not intervene, will limit himself to the settlement of the squabble between the deputy prime ministers prescribed from outstanding functionaries of the movement.

There are no policies of the Taliban as such, it has not yet been formed.

There are only separate strokes on an empty canvas, and they are not indicated in any documents.

The only thing that can be asserted is reliably - in the implementation of economic policy in the future government, the situation is difficult. Yes, in Afghanistan for 42 years of the Civil War there were never hunger. Traders are a powerful lobbying force, almost a bourgeois class. They bypass any attempts to influence their business.

They feed people, and the Taliban themselves who have grown among the bazaars are spontaneous marketers. But the management of the economy is not exhausted by such simple tasks as food delivery.
