Contrary to all, the only secondary school in the village of Lukashi of the Gatchinsky district of the Leningrad region on September 1 opened the doors for almost 300 students, of which 43 are first -graders. Repair in the building (1964 of the construction) is not fully completed and will last at least another month. In this situation, according to the parents of schoolchildren, politics is to blame: before the September elections, district officials were ready for anything, just to put children for their desks on time. Their consequences did not worry.

The deadlines for the repair of the Lukashevskaya secondary school were torn in June. Despite the fact that the work here (with a total value of 36.2 million rubles) was carried out since October last year, the quality and results were shocked by students, parents, and the leadership of the educational institution.

- In early July, we were preparing to wash the classes, hang curtains, arrange desks, and entered the building and gasped! - says Victoria Maksimova, representative of the parent committee of the Lukashevsky school.

Cracks in the floor and load -bearing walls, through holes, through which you can see the street, flooded with water basement, the absence of the necessary sanitary plums in the bathrooms, black mold on the walls and ceilings - this is only that which immediately caught my eye. Later it turned out that engineering networks and electrical wiring were not replaced in the building, waterproofing was not carried out, equipment was not installed, etc.

The director of the Lukashevskaya secondary school, Maxim Mironkov, refused to accept repairs and pay to the contractor.

The scandal erupted. The director, according to him, was threatened with dismissal. Mironkov did not frighten, and the district and regional officials did not help solve the problem. At the end of July, the contract with the former contractor was torn and began to look for new, as well as additional funds for repairs - 28 million rubles. The head of the Gatchinsky district Lyudmila Nekhadim assures that the money was allocated not from the budget, but received a charity from sponsors under a contract.

“What they had to do in a year tried to do in a month,” says Milana Guseva, a representative of the parent committee of the Lukashevsky school. - Now our children are engaged in these rooms, but in fact it is a threat to their health and life. Because everything is done not according to the regulations, with gross violations.

Gosstroynadzor has not yet accepted the repair at the Lukashevsky school, but this did not stop officials.

As a result, according to the stories of the parents of the students, the pipes in the bathrooms broke through the school at school, paint began to get off the walls due to unlipped mold, etc. Outraged parents on September 2 submitted an application to the prosecutor's office. They have no doubt that in the Lukashev secondary school a check is needed, and not one.

Work at the facility of the previous contractor and his relationship with the administration of the Gatchinsky district is already being studied by investigators in the framework of a criminal case on the fact of corruption. In July, employees of the Investigative Department of the IC of the Russian Federation for the Leningrad region, together with the operatives of the regional FSB, detained the head of the procurement department of the Gatchina district administration, Georgy Vasiliev, involved in repairs in schools and kindergartens of the Gatchina district, upon receipt of an individual entrepreneur Artem Zakharov. According to investigators, 150 thousand rubles, the businessman handed the official for guaranteeing the choice of his company as a contractor at several facilities and unhindered passage of all stages of the competitive procedure for the conclusion of state contracts. Neither the name of the new contractor company, nor the reasons why it was she who was involved in the repair, employees of the administration of the Gatchinsky district were disclosed.

The school principal Maxim Mironkov for August announced five reprimands for various insignificant reasons, but it has not yet been able to remove the rebellious leader from the post.

Firstly, Mironkov is a member of the precinct election commission, and by September 19 (election day), the law prohibits it to dismiss it. Secondly, the district union of teachers unexpectedly interceded at the head of the educational institution, who gave Mironkov a positive characteristic and supported his position regarding the unscrupulous contractor.

Parents of Lukashevsky schoolchildren also do not intend to release the director without resistance. They already went out with single pickets in defense of Mironkov and, if necessary, are ready for other protest actions.
