• The former coordinator of Navalny's Khabarovsk headquarters, Alexei Vorsin, who is under house arrest, was sued for 32 thousand rubles in connection with the downtime of trolleybuses during the action on January 23. The materials for the civil lawsuit were included in the already existing criminal case against the oppositionist under the “Dada” article.
• In Nalchik, disabled activist Aslan Iritov was given a two-year suspended sentence under the article on using violence against a government official. According to investigators, Iritov, who is missing both hands, tried to strangle the security officer.
• The Bell reported that unknown people hacked their mailing list and sent subscribers letters calling on them to boycott the elections. “The outcome of the vote is predetermined; victory will go to United Russia,” the letter said.
