In the Krasnogvardeisky District Court, the debt of the parties in the criminal case against two employees of the Russian Guard - Nikita Lavrentiev and Alexander Boykov took place. The prosecutor demanded that the Rosgvardists were serving a sentence in a maximum security colony and pay a fine of 2 million rubles.

According to investigators, in July 2019, employees of the department of private security Nikita Lavrentiev and Alexander Boykov stopped a 16-year-old teenager on the street and staged the removal of drugs from him. Then they began to extort from him a bribe of 300 thousand rubles for non -criminal liability. At the same time, the Rosgvardists put handcuffs on the teenager and inflicted several strokes.
The teenager transferred 140 thousand rubles to the security forces, but was able to call the police and report what happened. On the same day, the Rosgvardyeans were detained.
According to the case materials, in April-July 2019, Boykov and Lavrentiev also issued “fake” reports, on the basis of which protocols on an administrative offense against several people were drawn up. At the same time, they demanded from the victims a bribe (from 30 to 50 thousand rubles) for non -administrative responsibility.
In the last word, the defendants apologized to the 16 -year -old victim and stated that financial difficulties prompted them to commit crimes - a small salary and a mortgage.
